Project billing (including web site development packages) - 30%* deposit at start of project (when parameters have been outlined and cost estimates provided to client), 40% due when layouts have been approved by client and main structure is drafted, 30% due upon completion. Publication/delivery follows.

*If the project quote is $1500 or less, then the deposit is 50%. For tight delivery timelines (for example, less than 30 days for a project estimated to cost more than $2000) the deposit is 50%. The payment structure may be adjusted if the project work schedule does not fit that described above.

**Late or nonpayment, whether for a development project or revisions/updates, will result in removal of the website from the server and/or passing the matter to a collection service. If you need to make long term payment arrangements due to changed financial circumstances, let us know as soon as possible, as lack of communication forces us to infer an intent to not pay for services requested and rendered.
